Many contractors talk about safety. At DRK we take safety to the next level. We have weekly "toolbox talks" by supervisors and job-site inspections. Our safety program is extremely effective. We provide job site training, and other techniques to ensure that each individual brings safety along with skill to every project.

We're dedicated to keeping up with changing technologies, codes and regulations. All of our supervisors have attended an OSHA 30-hour course as part of our training. All our employees in the field have at least an OSHA 10-hour course.

Our policies and progressive on the job training programs are structured to reward and retain people who demonstrate safety, initiative, ambition and enthusiasm.
